SE1, BRIDGE HOUSE (Adnams), 218 Tower Bridge Road, SE1 2UP. Having closed in 2018 when the tenant retired, the pub has been taken over, refurbished, reopened in March 2019 and renamed the RAVEN with an extensive range of cask and keg beers, by Bloomsbury Leisure who run the nearby Waterloo Tap.

SE1, HERCULES TAVERN (MADIGAN’S) (Fuller's), 2 Kennington Road, SE1 7BL. After several stints as restaurants of one form or another, the HERCULES is now back as a pub under the ownership of Fuller's. Extensive range of cask and keg beers and ciders. All day food including breakfast.

SE2, ABBEY ARMS (Ei Group), 31 Wilton Road, SE2 9RH. Closed for refurbishment and to become part of Dirty Liquor.

SE10, THIRSTY DRAGON, 166 Trafalgar Road, SE10 9TZ. A short lived venture that opened in summer 2018 and closed at the end of 2018

SE18, STAR (Dirty Liquor (Ei Group)), 158 Plumstead Common Road, SE18 2UL. Reopened, however, the refurbishment of 2019 has seen many Victorian features from its predecessor and a rare surviving example of a 3 bar compartmentalised interior lost to make way for a large single room with painted bar brick walls. There are a couple of cask ales (Landlord, Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter or Hogs Back TEA) available along with good range of keg beers from local breweries.

SE18, TAPROOM SE18 (Hop Stuff Brewery), 15 Major Draper Street, SE18 6GD. Cqsk beers no longer from Hop Stuff but still from other mostly London microbreweries.

SW6, EEL BROOK (Marston Properties), 65 New Kings Road, SW6 4SG. The operator is Cirrus Inns. Reopened as the BROOK HOUSE, a mix of restaurant, pub, and bar. It's run by Mark Dyer and Eamonn Manson, a duo who have already achieved success with three other local pubs. The venue is mainly laid out for diners but casual drinkers can obtain a drink at the bar and some space is available for them. There is an all-day food menu as well as specific lunch and dinner menus, and on Sundays there are roast options. A 3.7% Greene King house beer is badged as Brook House. Old Speckled Hen is also sold.

This is their first bar with a designated "Desk Dog" reservable co-working space with power, a printer, and stationery. The food offering veers towards burgers/dogs/wings choices. 24 taps of craft beers are on offer including a real ale by BrewDog's definition but not yet by CAMRA's! So no cask beer!

W6, OLD SUFFOLK PUNCH (Maverick Pubs), 80 Fulham Palace Road, W6 9PL. Now offers CAMRA members 10% off real ales.

WC2, DEVEREUX (Taylor Walker (Greene King)), 20 Devereux Court, WC2R 3JJ. Following a period of closure, this venue reopened in March 2019 as "a proper pub". It is located in a quiet courtyard in the Middle Temple heart of London's legal district. Wood panelling, booths, partitions and historical prints predominate. Features such as wi-fi and a large upstairs function room are in preparation. Toasties expected soon! Pride & Ghost Ship + 2 changing beers.

The club aspect was removed from signage in 2016/7 and staff have confirmed the establishment is open to all. Usual keg beers. Happy hour Tue-Fri 12-4 £2.50 on selected pints.
