BEXLEY
BEXLEYHEATH, RED BARN (Stonegate/Craft Union), Barnehurst Road, DA7 6HG. Reopened following refurbishment.

BROMLEY
SE19, GRAPE & GRAIN (Wetherspoon), 2 Anerley Hill, SE19 2AA. The company will now be developing the site itself and converting it to a Wetherspoon pub. A new planning application will be submitted.
SE20, CROOKED BILLET (Stonegate/Craft Union), 99 High Street, SE20 7DT. No longer sells real ale.
SE20, DOUGLAS FIR (Gipsy Hill Brewery), 144 Anerley Rd, SE20 8DL. This craft beer bar re-opened on 26th April 2025 but currently operates as a pop-up bar until further notice. Card payment ONLY, no cash accepted.
BECKENHAM, BR3WERY, 1 Kelsey Park Road, BR3 6LH. Former estate agents office (Charles Eden) now converted into another Br3wery bar, which opened on 4th April 2025. This follows the same format as the existing bar in Beckenham Road, serving their range of beers from the nearby brewery. There are ten taps in total dispensing keg only with usually two guest beers from the Gipsy Hill brewery and a cider from Real Al. A refrigerated cabinet with cans is by the small bar counter. The main bar area is spacious with its no-frills décor of stripped back brick and plaster walls, complementing the bare wooden floorboards and seating on long shared benches. Large windows bring in plenty of light, along with modern lamps hanging down from the ceiling complete with cable ducts and exposed pipes. A long narrow room with tables leads to a covered alleyway, which in turn leads to the "Bierkeller". This former garage has been converted into a pizza kitchen (Tanio Pizza) with further seating space for both beer and pizza in this joint venture. The overall atmosphere is friendly and chatty, and can get busy at weekends.
KESTON, PROPELLER BAR & KITCHEN (Stonegate), Leaves Green Rd, BR2 6DU. New tenants found under Stonegate, expected to re-open mid-May 2025 under its original name of the KINGS ARMS.

CROYDON, DOG & BULL (Punch), 24 Surrey Street, CR0 1RG. Reopened on 9 May 2025 as a Laines pub under Punch Taverns' ownership, name has been shortened to 'DOG' and the garden area (now called the Wilderness) refurbished to attract a younger clientele. Inside, the walls carry pictures of mainly local scenes, some of which are of historic Croydon locations. An island bar serves the separate interior rooms and the walled garden at the rear includes a selection of booths with TV screens. Two real ales such as Sharps Atlantic.

E1, CARPENTERS ARMS (Tower Hamlets Council), 135 Cambridge Heath Road, E1 5RN. Renamed 135 BAR & LOUNGE. n1This friendly and inviting East End pub is a welcome retreat from the hubbub of nearby Brick Lane and Bethnal Green. Frequented by a good mix of patrons there and a large range of bottled beers. Combined with well-reviewed pub food, especially Sunday Roasts creates a cosy and vibrant atmosphere. Relaunched in November 2024 as art deco cocktail bar. 6 keg beers served in 2/3rd pints.

NW1, PHOENIX (unknown/Camden Brondes Ltd/independent), 28-30 Camden High Street, NW1 0JH. We can confirm no cask beer but cider is a different position - 4 Ascension Ciders the three still ones from Bag In Box under the bar. This is probably the most seen of a single supplier that is on Camra’s approved list.

It has been co-founded by five well-known cricket names plus rugby star Jamie George. The pub has been re-named the BOUNDARY as it is the first building on the Fulham side of Stanley Bridge, the borough border with Chelsea. The pub is on two floors, with a dining area/function room on the first floor; and there is a large garden at the back. Food will major on pizzas.

WC2, LARRY'S, National Portrait Gallery, St. Martin's Place, WC2H 0HE. This is a cafe / cocktail bar in the newly-restored vaults of the Gallery, named after the legendary thespian Sir Laurence Olivier, aka Larry to the luvvies. The vaults were originally built as coal storage in 1896. The venue is operated by the Daisy Green chain and offers lunch, afternoon tea, evening plates, cocktails, and jazz! Now in conformance with CAMRAs definition of a pub.
