The pub is named after a gateway that existed within the old Oatlands Estate as part of the mansion’s formal gardens. The pub is on a corner site and the one large open space curves round this corner, with the bar to the right when you enter. Decorated in a modern style with varnished wood floor, painted wooden boarding to window level and painted walls above. 18 keg taps complement the hand pulled ales and ciders.
