Basic single roomed pub with a small yard to the rear where the smoking area is located. There is pool and darts and one (sometimes two) frequently changing real ale. There is live music on Saturday evenings. There is accommodation available upstairs. cask ale is usually available for Friday and the weekend but may not be available early in the week.
