SE8, LITTLE FAITH, Artworks, 3 Creekside, SE8 4SA. Closed on Sunday 30th June 2024 quoting "a tsunami of operational difficulties", presumably making for financial unviability.
SE8, LUCKY ANCHOR ALE HOUSE, 18 Deptford High Street, SE8 4AF. A bar conversion from previous use as a cafe, which opened in July. It is operated on the micropub style. The venue has two handpumps and a wall of 16 keg taps and bottled beers, wines and spirits are also sold. Seating inside is for 35 on a mix of high stools/tables, low stools/tables, bar stools and banquettes. Decor is original Victorian white, cream and green wall tiles, a Victorian quarry tiled floor, dark green and white paint work. The toilets are located to the left at the rear of the pub consisting of two urinals and two gender neutral sit downs. For mobility access there is a step on entry from the street and for access to the toilets a steep step down if accessed from the bar and a lower step down if accessed from the garden.

Dark green walls and white ceilings. Nine keg fonts for beers and cider, including Rebellion IPA and sometimes a Sambrook's speciality.
SW11, NORTHCOTE ARMS (BrewDog), 94 Northcote Road, SW11 6QW. Suddenly closed in May 2024, signage removed, frontage shielded, scaffolding up, with extension works under way. Reportedly the freeholder had refused to renew the lease.
SW11, ROSE (Wellington), 74-76 Battersea Bridge Road, SW11 3AG. Real Ale now available Deuchars IPA and Morland Original Bitter but at £3.50 for a half pint their future may be uncertain.

W1, ALBERT'S SCHLOSS, 20-24 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1D 7EU. Named after Prince Albert, this venue is part of the Trocadero revamp, and the fourth and biggest of the Alpine-inspired beer hall, bar and restaurant concept with sister sites in Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool. Formerly the Rainforest Cafe, its a £7m+ site set over two floors with 18,000 square feet of space and with room for more than 600 guests. There are five bars, a stage for live performances and an on-site bakery for Bavarian treats. Entertainment includes the Berlin 1920s-inspired Kunst Cabaret. The bars include a schnapps bar, and Ludwig’s Tavern on a raised stage overlooking the proceedings. The ground-floor Schenke Tavern is open every day from 9am. Pilsner Urquell is served from tanks and there are also all of Munich’s "Big Six" biers.
W1, BBC CLUB W1. Relocated from nearby to the main BBC building in April 2024, and now sharing the Media Cafe space overlooking the newsroom. Audience members attending the Radio Theatre can now enjoy the two cask ales prior to shows.
W1, HENRY'S CAFE BAR (Stonegate), 80 Piccadilly, W1J 8HX. Closed, future uncertain. The freeholder, Relsa Stratton Establishment, has now transferred the license into their name.
W1, RED, 5 Kingly Street, W1B 5PF. Reopened as CAHOOTS TICKET HALL. Now a new 1940s-style pub from Inception Group, above the group’s pre-existing Underground and Signal Station cocktail bar areas. Period features include a tartan carpet and wallpaper, wood panelling and a coin-operated jukebox on the bar. There is a large outdoor terrace on Kingly Street. Cocktails incude a Winston Churchill and a Vera Lynn in keeping with the 1940s theme. Some draught beers available. The food offering is small plates and nibbles.

Four or five Greene King beers available plus Twickenham Naked Ladies. Menu similar but more expensive than Wetherspoons but no drinks included. Real ales are £3.50.
