BECKENHAM, BR3WERY PRODUCTION HUB, 2A Birkbeck Road, BR3 4SN. BR3WERY moved its actual brewery kit to this former small industrial unit / warehouse in March 2024 from its previous location around the corner in Beckenham Road, where it shared the premises with the taproom. The brewery is open to the public for special events only, the first having been held on 29th to 31st March 2024 (Easter Weekend). Please refer to social media links for details of future events. Keg beer only but a choice of up to six draught lines showcasing microbreweries from around the country (eg. Beak, DEYA, Floc., Vault City, Wiper and True, Left Handed Giant, Lost and Grounded to name a few). These change on a frequent basis but will usually include a lager, a dark beer, a fruited sour and a cider. This follows the same format as the original Craft Beer Cabin in South Norwood, SE25.

NW9, HIND & HART (Barnet Council), The Concourse, NW9 5XA. Pub closed in Nov 22. Planning under 19/5493/OUT granted 2020 to demolish along with 630 residential units and existing commercial, retail and community floorspace.The pub was part of the Grahame Park estate and was designed and built during the 1960s and 70s in the centre of fields previously forming the Hendon Aerodrome. The estate was named after Claude Grahame-White, an English pioneer of aviation and motor-vehicle design who established the original airfield and flight school, and based his companies at Hendon. Reported closed and boarded up in Feb 2023. Premises were flooded in November 2022. The entire estate is scheduled for demolition in phases.

KINGSTON & LEATHERHEAD
KINGSTON, PARK BREW & KITCHEN,157 Park Road, KT2 6DQ. Close to the Kingston Gate entrance of Richmond Park this venue is owned and run by the Park Brewery. Around a mile from the brewery it offers all their beers in cans and under pressure with two on handpump. Popular with walkers, it has an interesting map of Richmond Park showing sites after which beers are named. There is a back bar available for meetings of up to 10 people. Food is available most of the day. The 371 bus passes the door. Card payments only.
