Closed for over three years this Grade II listed buillding has now become a JDW venue named Walham Green, which was the name for Fulham Broadway underground station until 1952. The building was the former entrance and ticket hall of the underground station.

The pub redevelopment reportedly cost almost £3 million; it has over 4,700 square feet of customer area, set over its ground and first floors plus a first-floor roof terrace (600 square feet). There is an open kitchen and natural daylight from the rather magnificent glazed roof above; the upstairs seating area has windows looking down on the bar and for the less agile, there is a lift to the upstairs. JDW has also retained certain of the old-style shop fronts.

On the opening date three regular cask ales plus six guest ales were reported. And if you do not want to queue at the bar and are tech-savvy, there is an 'app station' with beer wall allowing pours of popular drinks. Note that alcohol may only be sold 9am to 11.30pm Sunday to Thursday, and 9am to 12.30am Friday and Saturday with half an hour drinking-up time. Also note that on days when Chelsea Football Club is playing a home fixture, special conditions may apply at this pub such as plastic glasses only and dynamic pricing.

The pub is part of the local Pubwatch scheme and a member of staff is to organise and accommodate meetings with residents at least twice a year.
