The Brown Cow had a substantial renovation in 2026 costing a reported £1.3m, with a near-doubling in size. It now features a range of social spaces, including electric shuffle boards, multiple screens for live sport and bookable areas. It's a modern, busy and vibrant all-day casual dining venue with locally-sourced food including breakfast & brunch, bar snacks and a wide selection of mains, as well as Sunday roasts. Menus change seasonally. Unusually, the licence allows sale of alcohol from 8am.

Sister Butcombe Brewery pubs in the area are the Fulham Arms in Sands End, the Cross Keys in Chelsea and the Punch Bowl in Mayfair.
