This part of West London has few transport links and is a funny mix of new apartment blocks on old gasworks sites, office blocks and light industrial units, and terraced houses in quiet leafy streets. The Fulham Arms gastro pub, then, is a bit of a trek to get to but worth the effort. The pub aims for an upmarket clientele, and it is perfectly possible to have a drink without needing to eat. Three ales from the Butcombe range may be expected.

The extensive food offering includes brunch, Sunday roasts, lunchtime baps, and a kids' menu. The pub states "We ensure our menus emphasise our ‘field to fork’ concept and feature the best local and wild seasonal ingredients that have been responsibly sourced."
