This is their third pub in north London, all follow the theme of having been taken on after being closed long term.

It was founded by Ben Hughes (ex Weird Beard) and and his partner Emma. The BeerDock taproom opened 27th November 2021. They have capacity for around 50 people but places will be strictly first come, first served. NB. There is strictly no parking on site! Future opening hours will be listed on the website shortly but you can expect the BeerDock to be open Thursday and Friday evenings, and all day Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

A Searcy's champagne bar in the cellars of a Grade 1 listed building; once the wine cellars of the Prince of Wales and the United Service Club. Above is the HQ of the Institute of Directors. A draught pale ale and lager are available plus some bar seats if you don't want table service. Up-market bar snacks and platters are available plus a few more substantial dishes and a couple of desserts. As you might expect, prices reflect the location and ambience.

W1, BOK BAR, 56 Blandford Street, W1U 7JA. After a long period of closure, this venue reopened as FLOWERHOUSE in November 2021. It's next door to the luxury hotel/restaurant Chiltern Firehouse. The venue "Revives an old English pub in the heart of Marylebone. Serving fresh, locally sourced food and drinks daily, our mission is to support women in the hospitality industry." The pub offers cocktails, wine and craft beer and an all-day food offering is planned for January 2022. Further plans include a dining room and two-floor apartment on the upper floors. Despite its female-focus, the operators have stated that Flowerhouse will still be “a classic pub”. There are handpumps but they appear to be unused.
