N19, STAR (Ei Group), 47 Chester Road, N19 5DF. Added to ACV register.

N19, TOURIAN LOUNGE (Tavern Property Co), 90 Highgate Hill, N19 5NQ. To become BRENDAN THE NAVIGATOR on reopening.

NW10, CHAMBERLAYNE (--other--Masseria Group), 83 Chamberlayne Road, NW10 3ND. Renamed RISE. Was BANKER'S DRAUGHT

NW10, CROWN (Wellington), 335 High Road, Willesden Green, NW10 2JT. A planning application to demolish has been refused by Brent Council.

NW10, GREENES, 362 Neasden Lane North, NW10 0BT. Closed since the Summer of 2019. Planning application to reduce to one unit refused by Brent Council.

NW10, WILLIAM IV (Wellington), 786 Harrow Road, NW10 5JX. Owner confirms real ale will be available.

NW3, MAGDALA (Mulberry One Capital), 2a South Hill Park, NW3 2SB. Mulberry Capital has signed a 15 year lease with operators Twickenham Green Taverns who already run a number of pubs.

NW6, CORRIB REST (--other--Ashcross Limited), 76-78 Salusbury Road, NW6 6PA. Planning granted Jan 2021 for conversion to educational use.

W1, HOPE (Ei Group), 15 Tottenham Street, W1T 2AJ. Kim Beeching took over as manager in mid-2016. Freeholder Joleta Investments Limited (BVI) sold to Jada Properties Limited (Gibraltar) 18/03/2020


BRENTFORD, PRINCESS ROYAL (Fuller's), 107 Ealing Road, TW8 0LF. The pub being put up for sale by Fullers as it is considered not to be viable since the stadium move by Brentford FC. On the Hounslow planning website - the planning permission is for "75 dwellings, 102 parking spaces and public open space". The dwelling are mostly to be houses, according to the plans.

RICHMOND, REVOLUTION (Inventive Leisure), 4 Whittaker Avenue, TW9 1EH. Revolution Bars Group (RBG) has now confirmed the bar will not reopen citing the government's Covid-19 restrictions as the reason. The RBG have also stated that their landlord for the Richmond site has taken the opportunity to assign a new lease to another operator.


SE3, NEW TIGERS HEAD, 159 Lee Road, SE3 9DJ. Converted in spring 2021 to operate as Blackheath Food Centre.


SW8, MIST ON ROCKS , 518 Wandsworth Road, SW8 3JX. Planning granted Aug 2020 to convert to coffee shop with flats above and below. Was the PLOUGH INN.

SW8, QUEENS ARMS , 139 St Philip Street, SW8 3SS. Opeartor now:- AMCL Group ex EI Group - leased to AMCL GROUP LTD since 01/05/2020A wedge-shaped, Victorian corner pub, reopened in September 2020 after three years of closure.

SW12, WOLFGANG'S BEER HAUS , 90-92 Balham High Road, SW12 9AA Planning granted Jan 2021 for change of use to post office/retail/cafe/hot food serving.

SW18, PARK TAVERN (Star), 212 Merton Road, SW18 5SW. Now in private ownership.

SW20, EDWARD RAYNE (Wetherspoon), 8-12 Coombe Lane, SW20 8ND..Wetherspoon's has handed the lease back, and the freeholder has sold the property to someone who is not a pub operator. It is understood there is someone interested in taking on a lease, although there are practical obstacles in the way.


SW3, CHELSEA PIG (Chelsea Pubs), 35 Old Church Street, SW3 5BS. Filed for insolvency Feb 2020.

SW3, SURPRISE (Young/Geronimo), 6 Christchurch Terrace, SW3 4AJ. The pub is due to reopen post-Covid in May 2021, leased to Jack Greenall, a scion of the Greenall Whitley brewing family.

SW10, RILEYS (Tavern Property Co), 433 Kings Road, SW10 0LR. Owner changed to Call to the Bar Ltd.

W1, ZEBRANO, 18 Greek Street, W1D 4DU. Lease holder Silver Volcano Limited sold onto Soho Bars & Clubs Limited 23/11/2020T.


W3, DUKE OF YORK (Wellington), 86 Steyne Road, W3 9NU. Having closed in 2017, for lease March 2021 via AG&G with conversion of upstairs to 4 flats near completion.

ICKENHAM, SOLDIERS RETURN (Greene King), 65 High Road, UB10 8LG. Remains closed since the beginning of lockdown - boarded up Jan 2021.

PINNER, VICTORY (ex Punch Taverns), 6 High Street, HA5 5PW. Became a Zizzi Restaurant - for lease since June 2020.
