Large historic pub set in the heart of Dulwich village. Was once two premises - one for the gentry and one for the labourers. Well worth a visit to enjoy the architectural features in this multi-roomed gem. Large paved area at the front and landscaped garden to the rear. Modern classic food served, and 2-4 changing real ales usually available. Reopened in June 2017 after an extended period of closure while it was being converted and extended to provide hotel accommodation. Re-opened in March 2026 after a facelift refurbishment.
