From 10th of April 2026 Cask beer returned to the Mildmay Club! A bank of four handpulls was installed. There will be a changing selection of beers but it's planned there will always be a best bitter or mild available. It has held an open door cask event weekend with a further 6 cask barrels on offer in the small bar on the second floor - look out for that!

Established in 1888, The Mildmay Club and Institute Union is one of the few surviving Club and Institute Union clubs in London. Trad Cider and Perry and occasionally bag in box unpasteurised beer too.

The bus routes advised to us by the Club are, 73,141, 236, 476 & N73. Closest station is Canonbury (London overground TfL). Drayton Park is about a 30min walk away, Dalston Kingsland is about a 15min walk away.
