Popular with all ages and a real hub for the Little Ealing community, the pub features a children’s playground and extensive garden, a restaurant area serving a quality gastro menu, and an L shaped front of house for adults only. A centre for the Ealing jazz scene, it features regular Sumday evening performances as well as fringe sessions for the summer Ealing Jazz Festival. Quiz night every Tuesday. Charles Blondin, the Victorian tightrope walker who famously traversed Niagara Falls, later lived opposite the pub, and has given his name to a pleasant nearby park.
