This medium-sized former Courage pub has a U-shaped bar with a TV in one corner which is on most of the time showing various things including sport. A cosy real fire in winter gives it a homely feel. A spacious rear garden is a suntrap in the summer and a small patio fronts onto the main road.

As at 13/12/2025, under new and same management as the Star Plumstead and Abbey Arms Abbey Wood. Two handpumps discovered, at side of bar, one currently is use, marking re-appearance of real beer.
